This message is to inform you that KLab ID Support will be closed from December 29, 2023 to January 4, 2024. Data transfer and account management will both be available as normal during this period.
We will continue to receive enquiries during this period. Any enquiries requiring investigation will be dealt with in the order they were received after we return on January 5, 2024. As there may be a backlog of enquiries, it may take longer than usual for us to reply.
