- Has the link expired?
The link expires approximately one hour after the email arrives.
If the link has expired, please re-register from the KLab ID login page. - Is the URL being wrapped by your email software, breaking the link?
Try copying the link directly into the address bar of your browser to see if you can access the site.
When copying and pasting the link into your browser, check that there are no line breaks or extra characters other than spaces in the URL.
