Follow the steps below to manually change your KLab ID password.
(Please be aware that KLab customer support cannot change your password for you or provide you with information regarding your password.)

- Access the KLab ID login page.
- Select "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the KLab ID (email address) you wish to change the password for and select the "Send" button.
- An email containing information on how to change your password will be sent to the email address you entered in step 3. Follow the steps set out in the email.
