Transferring or Restoring Game Data Using KLab ID - Section
- I received a "Verification failed" or similar error message when attempting a data transfer or link/unlink
If you receive a "Verification failed" or similar error message when tapping the "Link with App" button after logging in to KLab ID, please check the following.

- Did you interrupt the app directly before or after tapping the "Link with App" button?
Performing an action such as force-quitting the app directly before or after tapping the "Link with App" button may cause an error to occur. - Are you using a different KLab ID to the one linked to your game data?
If so, please try logging in with another email address.
