- What is my registered email address and password?
To ensure the protection of your personal information, customer support cannot disclose details of your registered email address or password.
Please try logging in with a different email address.
If you are sure your email address is correct but you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to manually reset your password.
(Please be aware that KLab customer support cannot change your password for you or provide you with information regarding your password.)
If the problem persists after checking the above, please contact customer support via your app and request either a game data transfer or help with linking or unlinking your game data from KLab ID.

- Access the KLab ID login page.
- Select "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the KLab ID (email address) you wish to change the password for and select the "Send" button.
- An email containing information on how to change your password will be sent to the email address you entered in step 3. Follow the steps set out in the email.
≫Follow this link if you didn't receive the email. - "Registration of new password completed" will be displayed on-screen when the process is complete.
