[Important] For customers using Microsoft email addresses
We are currently experiencing an issue where emails sent from KLab ID may not be received if a Microsoft email address (such as Outlook or Hotmail) is registered with KLab ID, due to security restrictions implemented by Microsoft.
We are currently proceeding with requests to Microsoft to remove these restrictions and working toward a prompt resolution.
