KLab ID Customer Support does not accept data recovery requests for apps.
To recover your data, please make a data recovery request using the inquiry form for the relevant app.
I forgot the email address I use for KLab ID. How can I recover my data?
The email address registered with KLab ID is personal information and cannot be disclosed by KLab ID Customer Support.

Where can I make an inquiry about a specific app?
KLab ID support does not accept inquiries about specific apps.
KLab ID links supported apps together, enabling you to enjoy the benefits of many useful features. For more details, please see the "What is KLab ID Link?" section.
You will need to create an account to use the service. Account creation and all services provided by KLab ID are completely free of charge.
What is KLab ID Link?
By registering from a KLab ID supported app, you gain access to a variety of useful features, including the ability to save in-game data, and transfer data to different devices.
Setting up a KLab ID Link means you won’t have to worry about losing your game data, even if you lose your device, or update your OS.
Which apps are KLab ID compatible?
KLab ID compatibility is indicated in each app. Please check your app for compatibility.
Compatible apps are not listed here.
Which browser is the best to be used with KLab ID?
The latest versions of the following browsers are recommended to be used with KLab ID:
- Safari
- Google Chrome
How do I link multiple accounts of the same app to my KLab ID?
You cannot link multiple accounts of the same app to your KLab ID. Only one account per app can be linked to your KLab ID.
How the KLab ID is handled may differ slightly from app to app. Please refer to the help section of each app for details.
Account Registration
What is a valid email address?
There may be cases where the below kinds of email addresses cannot be registered with KLab ID.
- Disposable addresses (those with an expiry date)
- Mail addresses with a low level of credibility
If you're receiving an error message stating that "This email address is not valid to be used for KLab ID <Help>", you will need to try registering a different address.
An email address format must follow the global Internet standards (RFC). Please be aware that email addresses such as below are likely to be considered invalid.
- Two or more "dots" are used consecutively.
klab..taro@id.klabgames.net
- Contains certain symbols such as ( ( ) < > [ ] : ; @ \ , " )
klab<taro>@id.klabgames.net
klab,taro@id.klabgames.net
An email address made up of alphabets and numbers ONLY will always conform to the RFC standards. If you own such an email address, we recommend you to use that email address for KLab ID.
I'm not receiving the registration email.
If you are not receiving your registration email, please check the following:
- Are you able to receive emails from the domain name “@id.klabgames.net”?
- Did you enter the correct email address?
- Has the message been sent to your “Spam” folder?
If you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving your registration email, please redo the registration process.
Anti-spam service provided by your cellular service operator may also stop our emails. Please check the setting of your automated anti-spam service.

What is a registration email?
You will receive a confirmation email after you register an email address.
You must follow the link in the email to complete the registration process. The link expires 1 hour after the email is delivered, so please make sure to access the link within an hour.
If you fail to access the link before it expires, you will need to re-register.
I get an error with the registration link.
If you are experiencing an error with the registration link, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The link has expired.
A registration link is valid for 1 hour from the time the email is delivered. If the link has expired, you will need to return to the registration screen and register again.
- Your email software is not recognizing the link properly.
Please try copying and pasting the link directly to your browser.
- The link was not properly copied to the browser.
Check that there are no unwanted characters or line breaks when copying and pasting the link to your browser.
Login Issues
I've forgotten my password.
You can reset your password by tapping “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
I received a "Failure" error message on the login screen.
We have added Cloudfire Turnstile to the KLab ID site to make it more secure.
If you receive a “Failure” error message on the login screen, this may be due to your browser settings.
Please try disabling some or all browser extensions and then log in again.
I'm not receiving the password reset email.
If you have not received a password reset email, please check the following:
- Are you able to receive emails from the domain name “@id.klabgames.net”?
- Did you enter the correct email address?
- Has the message been sent to your “Spam” folder?
I forgot my email address.
For security reasons, you cannot change your email address without being able to log in. For privacy reasons, our support team will not provide you with your registered email address.
If you have forgotten your email address, please do the following:
If you have a KLab ID account linked with your apps, please contact the support team of the app you wish to access.
If you do not have a KLab ID account linked with your apps, please make a KLab ID account.
Locked Accounts
An account will be locked for security reasons after too many failed login attempts.
When your account is locked, your KLab ID login and app linking will be restricted.
A locked account can be unlocked by the user.
When your account is locked, an unlock link will be sent to the email address registered with the account.
To unlock the account, tap the link in the email before it expires.
If the link has expired, log in again to have a new one sent to you.
If you have not received an email, please check the following:
- Are you able to receive emails from the domain name “@id.klabgames.net”?
- Has the message been sent to your “Spam” folder?
An unexpected notification of your account being locked may indicate an unauthorised access attempt.
In that case, we recommend you either change the registered email address or activate two-step authentication.

If your settings did not allow emails from the domain @klab.com, please change your settings so that you can receive them, and then send your inquiry again.
What languages are supported by KLab ID Customer Support?
KLab ID Customer Support can only provide assistance in Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, and Traditional Chinese.
When placing an inquiry, please direct it to the appropriate support center.
Inquires made in unsupported languages cannot be processed. Furthermore, machine translations to a supported language may result in an unclear message to which we cannot provide support.

Login notifications
Login notifications are sent via email, and show the time and date of a successful login using a KLab ID.
If you get a notification email for an unexpected login, there is a chance that your account has been compromised.
In this case, please quickly change your password and send a message to the Customer Support.
Login notification settings can be changed via the "Change Registered Information" screen in Account Management.
I've changed my device.

How do I delete my KLab ID account?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to KLab ID.
2. Go to "Account Management".
3. Tap "Delete Account".
By deleting the account, you may no longer be able to access the saved game data. Please note that we will not be able to retrieve deleted game data.
What is Cloudflare Turnstile?
Cloudflare Turnstile is a security service provided by Cloudflare to prevent unauthorized access to websites.
We have added Cloudflare Turnstile to the KLab ID site to make it more secure.
If you receive a “Failure” error message on the authentication screen, this may be due to your browser settings.
Please try disabling some or all browser extensions and then log in again.
Cloudflare Turnstile uses JavaScript technology.
Make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser's settings when using KLab ID.
How to enable JavaScript depends on the browser and version.
Please refer to your browser's help section for details.
Two-Step Authentication
Two-step authentication improves security as a verification code will be required along with your ID and password when logging in.
This will help keep your KLab ID account even safer.
You will need to enter a verification code when logging in to your KLab ID account.
This verification code will be sent via email.
If you do not receive an email, please check the following:
- Are you able to receive emails from the domain name “@id.klabgames.net”?
- Has the message been sent to your “Spam” folder?
Using a Serial Code
You will be able to collect in-game rewards of a linked game by entering a valid serial code.
You must link KLab ID and your game data before entering a serial code.
To collect rewards with a serial code:
1. Log in to your KLab ID linked to the valid game data for the serial code.
2. Tap the banner of the serial code you wish to claim.
3. Enter the alphanumeric serial code.
Rewards will be sent to the Present Box when the game data linked with KLab ID is loaded. It may take some time before the items are available to collect; please wait a while then check the Present Box again if you do not see them initially.
- You cannot receive rewards if the eligible campaign has ended, or if the serial code has expired.
- If you repeatedly enter the code incorrectly, you will no longer be able to access the entry screen. Please check the code carefully as you enter it.

Regarding Google Analytics
To ensure we're providing a high-quality service, KLab ID makes use of Google Analytics.
In order for Google Analytics to be used for data collection, cookies are required. This data collected is anonymous and cannot be used to identify our users.
If you would prefer that your data is not collected by Google Analytics, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on found below.
If you wish to unsubscribe from KLabGames Info, please follow the steps below.
1. Access the KLabGames Info website.
2. Enter your registered email address, then click the “Unsubscribe” button.
3. An email will be sent to the email address you entered in step 2. Click on the link in the email to complete the unsubscription process.
*It may take a few days for this change to be reflected.
